Terms of service

Last updated October 1, 2026

What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and the use of the BinCall service by people a recycler has invited. A recycler's own subscription to BinCall is governed by the agreement that recycler signs with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

Using the service by invitation

If a recycler invited you to BinCall as a customer contact or a driver, you may use it for its purpose: requesting and tracking container service, and carrying out the stops assigned to you. Keep your phone secure, since the sign-in code is sent to it. Tell the recycler if your number changes or if you should no longer have access.

The recycler decides who is invited and what each person can see. Service itself, including scheduling, hauling and payment, is between you and the recycler.

Text message terms

BinCall sends text messages on behalf of recyclers to the people they have invited. Messages include sign-in codes, request receipts, schedule notices and driver arrival updates.

  • Message frequency varies with how often you request service.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How mobile numbers are handled is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website or the service to break the law, to get into accounts or data that are not yours, to interfere with the service, or to send requests you do not mean.

This website

The screens shown on this website use sample data for a fictional company. The website is provided as it is, to describe the service. What we commit to for a subscribing recycler is set out in that recycler's agreement, not on these pages.

Changes and contact

If these terms change we will post the new version here with a new date. To reach us, send the request form.
