Onboarding
We set BinCall up around your operation and your customer list
You do not get a login and a manual. You get your portal built for you: your customers, your containers and your settings, with your people trained on it.
The steps
From signing to your first request
- 01
You sign up
A one-year agreement and the setup fee start the work.
- 02
You fill in the intake form
Your company details, business hours, the dispatch inbox and phones, and who does what: owner, dispatch, sales reps and drivers.
- 03
You tell us what you run
You pick your equipment from a list: roll-offs by size, luggers, boxes, hoppers, trailers. You tell us the materials you haul and how a request moves through your yard today.
- 04
You send your customer list
Export it from the software you already use, as an Excel spreadsheet: customers, sites, containers and contacts.
- 05
We build your portal
We import the list and configure the app to your operation: your name and colors, your container types and materials, the request types and timing your customers see, your hours and after-hours message, and weights for the accounts that record them.
- 06
We train your people
Dispatch, sales reps, drivers and the scale house each learn their own screens.
- 07
Your customers are invited
Each contact gets a text with a link. They tap it, enter the code texted to them, and see their own containers.
Your part
What you send us
One spreadsheet covers most of it. If your list is not tidy, send it anyway. Rows with a problem are flagged before anything is saved, and a corrected file updates the same records instead of creating duplicates.
Customers
Company name and the customer number from your own system, so the two always match.
Sites
Address, gate notes and the on-site contact for each location you service.
Containers
Tag, type and tare weight for each box, and where each one is sitting today.
Contacts
Name, mobile number and the sites each person should see.
Your look
Logo and colors.
Your rules
Business hours, the dispatch email and phones, and what your customers are allowed to request.
After go-live
The subscription keeps it running
The monthly price covers the cloud service, maintenance and support. There is nothing to install at your yard and nothing to upgrade. When your operation changes, we change the setup with you.
Request a demo
See a full swap, start to finish
We walk you through one request on the real screens: the customer's phone, the dispatch queue, the driver's stops and the scale house. Bring the questions your dispatcher would ask.
