For industrial scrap recyclers

Your customers tap the full container. Dispatch, drivers and the scale house take it from there.

BinCall is one system for container service. It runs under your company's name on your customers' phones, puts every request in one dispatch queue, and tells the customer when the truck is coming.

The customer's phone: their containers at the Phoenix Plant, each with days on site and a Swap button.

What it replaces

The phone calls, the paper tickets and the afternoon spreadsheet

Most container service still runs on a rep's cell phone and a stack of paper. It works until a request gets lost.

  • A call to the rep's cell

The plant calls for a swap while the rep is driving. If it does not get written down, the container overflows and nobody at the yard knew.

  • Paper tickets and a spreadsheet

Dispatch rebuilds tomorrow's runs every afternoon from paper. One missed ticket is one truck that leaves without the stop.

  • “When is the truck coming?”

The customer is told a day, not a time. They stage bins hours early or not at all, and they call dispatch to ask.

  • Two sets of weights

The customer's scale ticket and your receiving weight are compared by hand, from paper, after the load is gone.

  • Containers nobody is counting

A box sits at an account for two months. An account that used to call every week goes quiet. Neither shows up anywhere.

One request, start to finish

From the customer's dock to your scale house, on one ticket

  1. 01

    The customer taps Swap

They open the app, see their own containers, tap the full one and pick when. No phone call and no password.

  2. 02

    Dispatch accepts and plans

The request lands in one queue with a ticket number. Dispatch accepts it and adds it to tomorrow's run.

  3. 03

    The customer is told

When the run is published, the customer gets the date, the window and the driver's name.

  4. 04

    The driver reports in

One tap says 30 minutes out. Another says arrived. The swap is recorded with the container tags.

  5. 05

    The scale house closes it

Your reweigh goes in beside the customer's weights, and the difference shows for every bin.

See every step
The dispatch queue: new requests with ticket number, timing, customer, site and who asked.
The driver's phone: a stop with the 30 minute, 1 hour, 1 to 2 hours, running late and arrived buttons.

Setup

We set it up. You send a spreadsheet.

You do not configure BinCall yourself. We take your customer list, your container types and the way your requests move today, and we build your portal around them. Then we train your dispatch, your reps, your drivers and your scale house.

  • Your company's name, logo and colors on every screen
  • Your own web address for customers and staff
  • English and Spanish for customers and drivers
  • No app store. Customers open a link you text them
  • Requests still go through when the phone has no signal

Pricing

$1,000 one-time setup. $500 per month.

One-year minimum agreement. Setup covers the import, the configuration and the training. The monthly price covers the cloud service, maintenance and support.
