More than one yard
Run every yard from one account.
Each additional yard is $250 per month and $500 to set up. Each yard has its own dispatch inbox, phone numbers, hours and runs. Owners see every yard together or one at a time.
The 500-site allowance covers all your yards together.
Questions
What owners ask first
- What counts as a customer site?
- A plant or address you serve that has at least one customer contact using the app. Sites with no contact on them do not count.
- Do my customers pay anything?
- No. The app is free for your customers. You invite them, and they open it from a link you text them.
- Is there anything to install?
- No. Staff use a web browser. Customers and drivers use their phones, with no app store download.
- What about the software we already run?
- BinCall runs beside your scale and accounting software and does not need to connect to it. See Security and data.
- What if we need something it does not do?
- We scope it with you before any work starts. See Made to fit.
- How do we start?
- Request a demo. If it fits, the agreement and the setup fee start the onboarding.

We walk you through one request on the real screens: the customer's phone, the dispatch queue, the driver's stops and the scale house. Bring the questions your dispatcher would ask.
